Southland Development Company is a diverse real estate firm that has been working in the Southern California market for over 20 years. Our firm has completed a series of successful projects over the past decade and a half. We provide choices for off campus student housing around university and college campuses by identifying unique properties and purchase them. We then renovate the properties to bring them up to modern standards – all while retaining the qualities that make the properties desirable.
